Question

Hi I've recently been setting up a FusionCMS site for my World of Warcraft server.

(1.12.1 - ManGOS)

Everything works fine up until the Item Store...

Summary of my problem:

Once I add items in my cart and attempt to purchase the site will load for ~20 seconds before displaying an error. (See picture below)

"Help1" displays the error I get when attempting to checkout using SOAP.

"Help2" displays the error I get when attempting to checkout using RA.

"Help3" displays the server config.

(Ports are portforwarded and display as open)

Account used for sending out items has GM rank 4. (Also tried with rank 3 and 6).

CMS Version: 6.2.1

PHP Version: 5.4.45

I've seen this issue before I have a few suggestions you could try...

Suggestion #1

Ensure that you have soap enabled in your world configuration, also ensure that you have created a .gm level 3 account. Once you have created the account add the username/password as required to the fusion CMS config.

Suggestion #2

If you have already configured a gm level 3 account then double check you are using the correct username and password as fwrite likely cannot send the required string if you have an invalid username/password or an account with invalid permissions.

Suggestion #3

Delete the fusion CMS cache located in your cache folder. I have seen a lot of weird stuff happening inside the fusionCMS cache dating back to when it was first nulled / fully released.

Hope this helps!

Im not positive (for your source) but I think there is an issue when both are enabled. Try using only RA or SOAP at a time ..

fwrite notices are usually directory related, check your directory permissions

Hi!

Thank you for your reply, I've tried all your solutions above including re-installing the entire CMS with a wiped cache.

The account in question has correct GM level (6) as well as using the correct User/Pass in the CMS config.

Sadly I still have the issue above.

I've tried using both of them seperately with the same issue persisting on both of them.

I'm not very familiar with directory permissions, everything else works fine in the CMS besides JUST the part where you checkout your items.

Thank you for your reply.

Interesting. I could be mistaken but shouldn't the GM level be 3?

While GM Level 1-3 work I've noticed setting it to 6 works fine and is needed to truly enable all commands.

So 1-3 works? But you set it to 6 and its now not working?

No, for the item shop neither of these have worked.

But for in-game GM commands in general 6 has worked better than 3.

6? Do you have a custom permission set?

Yes, however I can assure you the issue is not related to permissions.

It seems related to the actual PHP code itself because after increasing the PHP time limit it now times out after awhile without displaying anything at all.

Remember! SOAP and RA do not go together. Either you use soap or you use ra, i personally recommend SOAP as it's a better system overall.

Hello Excl, would you mind posting the code inside the file emulators/mangoszero_ra.php?

I would also like you to try one simple thing. Instead of having SOAP bind to 127.0.0.1, try bind it to your actual server IP. If it's www.servername.com then put servername.com in the SOAP.IP field. (Assuming you have both server & web hosted on same machine).
